What a blast!! I had never golfed before besides mini golf, and this was such a good gateway and very accessible for me. I was surprisingly good at it! The scenery is beautiful and the park is very well maintained. Very welcoming and low-pressure environment. Great for a group activity, for families, and for couples.

I'm Chad, the owner...
Hey, I’m Chad Neal — the guy who thought it’d be fun to bring a little twist on golf to Ellicottville. I’ve always loved this town’s energy, the people, and the way a good day can turn into a great one when you mix in friends, fresh air, and a bit of competition.
Bigfoot Park Golf came from the idea that golf doesn’t have to be serious to be a blast. Here, you get the feel of the game without the long course, fancy shoes, or pressure to keep up. I wanted a spot that’s easy to jump into, fun to play, and keeps people coming back for “just one more round.”
Grab your crew, grab a club, and let’s make it a Bigfoot kind of day. See you on the course.

The Legend of Bigfoot Park Golf
Long before the fairways were cut into these hills, locals spoke of shadows that moved where no man walked. A family of Bigfoot was said to roam these ridges, giant figures keeping to the tree-line, their presence marked only by heavy footfalls, broken branches, and the low call that rolled across the valley at dusk.
When the land was cleared for play, the stories didn’t disappear. Golfers still tell of strange echoes from the hills, silhouettes crossing ridge lines, and the feeling of being watched as they line up a shot. The family remains unseen, but never absent.
It’s this legend that gave the course its name—Bigfoot Park Golf—a place where the game is played against a backdrop of mystery. Every round carries the chance of an encounter, every swing set to the soundtrack of a story older than the course itself.
Step onto the tee, and listen closely, the hills are alive with more than just the game.
